Are you the Creator or...

How to keep track of all those notes. But before we start this, just a reminder to SAVE, SAVE, SAVE.

First you will need to get to your information box. Image>Image Information (or shift i)

Next step, click on the creator information tab and place your cursor in the description box.

Now start typing up all those notes you had written down. Template designer, kit and/or element designer(s), fonts used and any other pertinent information; such as font color and/or size, drop shadow color and coordinates. If you didn't place the name of the people in the layout, you may want to save that here as well, together with the location. This is quite a handy tool to use for those times when you want to make changes to a layout you have done.

And the layout below is a perfect reason to keep on saving as you work on a layout. I had to start over a couple of times because the program kept freezing on me. Once I started saving after every couple of changes I didn't get nearly as frustrated.
